PIXMA MG3620 Lost Bluetooth connection

My Pixma wireless printer MG3600 series has been working well until a couple of days ago. I'm not able to connect the Bluetooth anymore. I've done the usual turning off/on, unplugging from wall. I even uninstalled the printer from my laptop because that worked once before when it didn't recognize the laptop anymore. I can't reinstall it because the laptop and printer can't connect at all.

If you've got an Iphone, you might try to see if it can see either the printer or the laptop. Make sure BT is turned on on both the laptop  and printer. On the phone go to

Settings->Bluetooth

Make sure Bluetooth is on and then look at the list under "MY DEVICES." Check to see if the laptop and printer are there.

It's MG3620. It's been working wirelessly for near 2 years. It suddenly lost connection and I've tried every suggestion I've seen.

MG3620 (which I also own) does not have Bluetooth capability, it does have wifi. You cannot set it from the printer itself, you use canon wifi connection assistant located in the Canon Utilities folder.   If you do not have that (due to you uninstalling the printer) then this is the guide to download and install the software to connect to wifi:

You will need a usb printer cable connected to your laptop in  order  to set up the printer.
