Hi! My husband and I have tried all methods of connecting my PC to our new PIXMA IX6820. We have tried wirelessly, wires, installing drivers and softwares, etc. The printer shows visible under ports but when the computer searches, it does not appear. I am at a loss and have spent hours upon hours of troubleshooting. We can install Canon Print on our phones and connect but alas, it does not work on the printer and that is how I need to connect. Any ideas?
