I had already done the downloads available and installed them with no success.. I dont think I should have to pay a fee in order to get a driver for a printer I paid for.

Did you try to call 1-800-652-2666 and tell the automated system you have an imageCLASS MF113w? We tested it and got straight through to an agent after verifying the printer model. Didn't have to have an account, or pay anything.
