Hello. I have a TS3322 and I am unable to connect to my new Wi-Fi. I have tried connecting using all the manuals and the potential connection options. The only thing I have not tried is via usb because I don't have the cable. I've tried removing the printer from the computer and then adding it again. When doing the setup, it finds the Wi-Fi modem but it does not connect. I even had Microsoft log into my computer and they were unable to get it to work either. During one of my attempts it said the IP addresses were different but I have no idea how to change it. I've been trying to connect and troubleshooting for days now. Please help!
