Hello! I’m trying to connect my Canon printer to my cell phone to print off some papers off my phone. I’ve done all the tutorials online and did all the connection instructions on the website and it’s still not working. Can you please help me connect it via Wi-Fi?

Hello!

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know more information.

What is the exact model printer you're using (it's usually on the top or front of the unit)?

Canon MG3620 printer

Greetings ,

Thank you for clarifying. I see your thread's title has been updated.

The MG3620 supports two wireless modes, access point mode which doesn't require a router or external network, and standard wireless which requires a router and external network.  Which mode would you like to use?

Here are instructions for configuring access point mode.

Using the Machine with Access Point Mode - MG3620 https://share.google/N51HATV0eyhpdcDLi

To install the printer so it can be used on a mobile device. You will need the Canon print app.

It is available for iOS

And Android

My Canon MG3620 wouldn't connect to my phone through Wi-Fi, so I clicked "Get Help" to find guidance. I checked the wireless connection, but the issue continued. I used "Get Help" again and found useful troubleshooting information that helped me understand what to check next.
