My 3620 has been working great for a few years.
I recently swapped out my router and since then I haven't been able to get my Macbook to see the printer. I'm running Catalina.
When I run though the set up everything seems to work fine.
The set up seems to see the printer
I can choose the printer from the Network list
Then, I get this Connection Failed message that I can't get past.
After this message pops up, I see an amber light on the printer.
I've gone through the set up multiple times. As I said earler, the printer was working fine before the router switch.
Any ideas?
I don't have a USB to test the set up with. I was hoping to avoid that. If needed I'll give it a shot.

Review the above.
Tell us more about your new router, brand / model and how its configured? Does it have a dedicated 2.4Ghz broadcast or does it use the same SSID for all bands? Temporarily disabling this might help duing troubleshooting and connection.
If wolfnet-5 is a 5Ghz broadcast, your printer will not connect to this as it only has a 2.4Ghz radio.

Shadowsports,
Good call and thanks for the quick response.
My router is an Xfinity branded one. It does have a 2.4 (wolfnet) and a 5Ghz (wolfnet5) band.
I'm not sure how to force the printer to join wolfnet.
I'll see if Xfinity support can assist. If you have any ideas, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks again..

Greetings,
Log into the Infinity router.
Wireless Settings > disable (turnoff) or uncheck the 5G Broadcast. Then save
Now run the printer Steup again... Only the 2.4Ghz (wolfnet) will be broadcasting and thats what the printer will see.
Once its connected, re-enable the 5G "wolfnet-5" broadcast and save again.
