IP address conflict

I work remotely on my home network which is attached to my office through a VPN.  Sometimes when I print to my home printer, the print job ends up on another company user's printer with the same IP address.  How can I secure my home network so that my printing stays on my home printer?

Greetings,

Just use a different private IP range than your office.  Example if they are using 192.168.1.x, you can use 172.x or 10.x for your home network.
