We're trying to print some smaller elements using the Free Layout Plus software for a Canon GP-4000. Most of them are around 2,5cm (about 1 inch).
Whenever we try to print, the software automatically changes the size of the small elements to at least 10cm (3,9in) on shortest side, which is very frustrating, and we have to manually change them all back to their actual size. We also tested elements of a size larger than 10cm and they were imported at actual scale.
This seems more like a bug than a feature and It would seem like a very straight forward setting to just not have.
Is there a fix? Has anyone else had issues with this?
Thank you.
