I recently got a new computer, my MX350 printer is working fine, wirelessly. Now I need to install MP Navigator so that I may scan documents. I have searched but cannot find a URL to download, other than from sites that are not Canon. Please help me get my scanner working.

While our Forum Community members are welcome to chime in, the PIXMA MX350 has been retired. That means we no longer offer support for the printer or updated drivers.
You can also speak with a Canon Upgrade Program specialist to help you locate an updated replacement that would meet your current needs at a discount. You can reach them weekdays and Saturdays at 1-866-443-8002.

Well, that is an unacceptable answer. A device that is working perfectly and cannot be used because Canon will not supply the already released and working application.
If that is the only solution, I will not be buying another Canon product for sure.
