I am having issues connecting my new imageclass MF455dw printer to my Samsung Galaxy s10. When we go to print it processes the request to print on the printer but does not go through with the printing process. Another phone that we tried however, a galaxy s20Fe, was able to continue with the printing process as expected. I am wondering if it is a compatibility issues or something special that we need to do on the other phones to get the printing process to work.
