The title pretty much says it all. We have two computers on a home network. The Pixma used to respond to both. Now it responds to one computer, but not to the other. It gets a message saying the printer is not responding. It's not a cable problem because it responds to one computer on the network. Help, please.

Hello.
Check to make sure that the computer is connected to the same network as the printer. It is likely that it is on a different network.
Also, if you use a VPN, disconnect from the VPN to remain on your local network in order to access the printer.
