Hi,
I am having trouble printing or scanning wirelessly using my windows 10 laptop. I have downloaded cannon quick menu and whenever I am trying to print or scan through my laptop wirelessly it gives me Error Code: 5,156,61 message.
I can print and scan with a USB wire without any issues.
I can print and scan using my android mobile phone using the canon print app.
Yes, I am using the same wifi connection for my printer, mobile, and laptop.
I have free Avira antivirus installed on my laptop.
