It detects the network and I enter all of the password info and then it says cannot connect. Only way I have been able to print is by connecting hardwired to the router. No app, no way to troubleshoot beyond this forum. Extremely frustrating.

Greetings,
The two most common issues with Eero Wi-Fi Connectivity are:
1. Security Encryption WPA3
2. Using the same SSID name for 2.4/5Ghz networks
If you have the option to specify WPA2 encryption or WPA3/WPA2 (for backwards compatibility) please do so.
The printer has a 2.4Ghz radio. In some cases wireless devices can have issues when the same SSID name is used for all wireless broadcasts. Using unique names (example) wireless2.4, and wireless5G might help. You can also temporarily disable the 5G broadcast while connecting, then re-enable the broadcast once the printer or device is connected.
Let us know if this helps.
