I tried installing Canon ImageRunner 2520 using USB Cable on my laptop without success.
My OS is Windows 7, 64 Bits
Driver I'm using I installed from Canon Website, file version 6.5.0.0 dated 11/20/2015.
The messages reads "Cannot recognize the USB connection". I tried to disconnect the cables, switch off the printer then on again and reconnect the cables without use.
Any recommended solutions please
