"Landscape/mountain" settings

Have gone from S2 IS with wonderful "mountain/landscape" setting to an SX260 HS with no settings for this. How can I configure for mountainous horizon shots with this?

Av-mode if you have that, ISO 100, aperture 8 and a shutterspeed that your camera choose. You will need a tripod.
