how do i take a picture of a digital billboard that is made up of lighted dots. the image doesnt really move, but the lights wont focus and pics do not turn out.
It should focus. But you you should be able to lock focus just below the billboard and use the slowest shutter speed you can to take the image. A tripod will help.
