No non DSLR is good for shooting still images of anything that's in motion.
If you're looking for shots of birds on a feeder, etc. then any of the long range powershots will provide decent files for viewing on a computer or making small prints. The SX50HS lets you capture RAW files which gives you more options for post processing.

Even if the optics were good enough & there was a fast enough AF system along with no shutter lag it would have to be tripod mounted to use such zoom levels & the tripod would need to be VERY steady. It's going to be a while before engineers can pack all of that plus a far better IS system than currently available into a P & S. If you want outstanding photos you need great lenses & technique plus good light..
