Since updating my Mac to Monterrey my SX 620 HS camera does seem to be recognised by my computer either in Photos or Image Capture. Has anyone else encountered this problem, and if so is ther a workaround ?
Problem solved, upon using a third USB cable (the other two worked perfectly fin on other devices), the camera synched up with my computer as per normal. Obviously they are fussy about USB cables.
