My son bought a Canon powershot about 4 months ago. He also bought a new hp laptop at the same time. He is having trouble downloading his videos. It was working fine. But now, the camera freezes when he connects with the cord, he has tried several different cords, different USB outlets, and the wi-fi. Can anyone help? Thanks!
