It is common in Digital Cameras with CCD Sensors to display Blue-ish Bars and Purple Hues around the photo, if it is severely noticeable, your Camera Sensor is probably about to die. Not sure if the old Canon Sensor free replacement thing is still going on, but you might need to get a new camera soon if it is not going on. I would not suggest you repair the S60 considering it's such a old and out-dated camera. Good luck!
