PowerShot A810 refused to take picture

Hi, I am having some trouble with my Powershot A810.

Apparently, When I pushed the shutter button all the way down, the camera refused to take the shot, on the screen appeared the icon which indicated for shaking camera, so I tried using a tripod but nothing change. I have tried changing from Auto mode to P mode, changing the ISO, but all that could not fix the problem. Ironically, When I moved the camera around while I was pressing the Shutter button, It started taking picture.

When the camera refuses to take a shot, it is out of focus.

See menu if auto focus is on, shake reduction is on.

Try pressing the shutter button slightly and the lcd will show a green squares to indicate the image is in focus-then shot it.
