Is there a way to move the AF frame in a G7X without having to touch the display?

I use my g7x  underwater and I can!t find a way to move the AF frame.  Can I move it without having to touch the display?

Yes, there are 2 ways.
1) settings/set ring function button/af frane adjustment
2) settings/ set camera button/af frane adjustment
