G7X Mark II - 2sec preview looks perfect but has green tint in gallery & after import

I shoot on a Canon G7X Mark II in P or SCN mode. Every time I take a photo, the 2-second preview that flashes right after I snap looks perfect. Colors look neutral and accurate. But the second I go into the camera gallery to look at the actual saved image, it looks more green tinted and flat compared to what the preview showed me.

I've tried changing the white balance and it doesn't fix it. The issue happens whether I'm shooting both JPEG or RAW. It’s not just on the camera screen either, when I import the photos to my phone the green tint is still there in the actual saved file.

What's frustrating is that when I look at other people's photos shot on the G7X Mark II in P mode or SCN mode, their colors look totally normal.

Can someone please help me fix this issue? I really dislike the green tint.

Thank you.

Are you shooting in RAW?

What is your white balance set to?

Does it happen in full auto?

Does it happen outside on a sunny day?

i shoot jpeg, but i have the same issue with raw. i tried multiple white balances on P mode such as AWB, flash, cloudy, etc. and the issue persists even if i change the color to magenta to counteract the green tint. it seems to happen when i shoot on auto, SCN and P mode (those are the only modes i use). i haven’t tested it outside on a sunny day but i feel like regardless the colors should not have a green tint compared to the preview.

What do you mean by "camera gallery"? Does it happen when you view the images on a computer?
