Hello, there,
I have a imageClass D420 all-in-one printer which worked perfectly on Windows 7 and 8 (64 bit). But after I upgraded to Windows 8.1, the scanner function no longer works after computer wakes up from sleep. When I use Windows built-in scan function or the Canon ToolBox software, it will just hang. The only way to get it work again is to reboot the computer, which is very inconvenient.
I followed the help from Canon support to delete the driver and reinstall, still the same thing. I tried this on a fresh new Windows 8.1 OS, using the latest driver from Canon web site, still the same issue.
The printer function, however, is working all the time. Just the scanner function is not stable, it works fine until I put the computer to sleep.
Any one has similiar issue?
