I purchased an OEM (Canon) 118 Magenta cartridge through Amazon and when installed my printer is telling me that the cartridge is almost out of toner and the print quality cannot be guaranteed. This is a supposedly new Canon toner cartridge. I am having a hard time contacting anyone at Canon because this printer - which is still working well otherwise -- is no longer supported. I don't have a problem with the printer -- I just have a problem with the toner cartridge. Amazon isn't allowing me to return it ... I am trying to talk to them about it as well.
