imageCLASS MF465dw - Trouble scanning on one networked computer, others OK

Hello,
I have encountered an issue with scanning documents on the mf453dw.
When scanning through the MF Scan program, the message "code 13, 202, 1" appears.
This message appears for a specific user, but scanning works fine for other users.
The printer is connected to the network.
I would also like to mention that this user can scan without any issues on another computer. The error occurs only on this specific computer and only for this particular user.
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, but the problem persists. I also tried connecting via USB, but the result was the same.
Can you help me figure out what the problem is?
