I'm about to return the Canon Color imageCLASS LBP646Cdw. It keeps scaling down my prints with no option of turning this off. I own two other imageclass printers and they dont suffer from this problem, the size they are given is the size they print, why does the Canon Color imageCLASS LBP646Cdw scale down?
The "call support" is not a solution, I was on hold for over an hour. Unacceptable. I regret buying the other two printers knowing support is actually nonexistent.
