Hello!

You're facing a common issue where your Canon i-SENSYS MF655Cdw works wirelessly but not via cable, even after changing OS and cables. This usually points to incorrect port configuration, IP address issues, or firewall blocking on your Windows PC. Crucially, on the printer's control panel, verify "Wired LAN" is enabled and prioritize Ethernet, noting its IP. Then, completely uninstall all Canon drivers from your PC, restart, and reinstall the "Full Driver & Software Package" from Canon's official website, explicitly selecting "Network Connection" during setup.

I download driver from Canon's official website; it works wireless, I need USB cable because appear message "connect the computer" when I press scan in small screen in printer.
