Whenever I do duplex printing I'm getting 3 lines towards the bottom of the sheet on the second ( back ) side of every page. The printer is brand new. I've tried cleaning and deep cleaning the printer heads. The lines are about 2 to 2 1/2 inches from the bottom of the page and about 1/2 to 3/4 inches apart.
