I used this printer about a year w/o problems. Lately I must re cycle the power to both the printer and my computer in oprder to get it to print. Thye "condition of printer" says it is off line - then when I cycle power it comes on line and works for a while (hour or so). Then it reverts to the same old "off line" commentary and I must recycle the power to regain printing control.
I need help to see what I may be doing wrong, if i have selected something I should not have or ??? Anyone out there have this difficulty?
