System Error E255

Windows 10 64-bit

I am getting System Error E255 on my printer. I have resinstalled Windows 10 (clean load).

I downloaded the latest software/drivers for the printer.

I continue to get the Error Message.

I am able to print a test page.

The printer is on COPY.

I tried to install the latest Firmware and I get a message that the firmware is not compatiable with my OS.

Any ideas or suggestions?

I will be happy to gather any information and answer any questions concerning the problem

fyi, this error becuase contact sensor in your machine is defect and need change

please try clean glass in your scanner becuase this contact sensor image in unit scanner if still error not solve go to canon service center for change or adjust
