I have a Canon MFC 8450 Printer, my employee went to put paper in the tray and started to close the tray, it went 3/4 of the way shut and now appears to be stuck/ locked sticking 1/4 of the way out.
does anyone have any idea what would cause this? I've looked at the tray and it appears that something is causing it or has locked it on the right side of the tray.
