I installed my MF4150 on a new laptop running win 8.1. Printer works but scanner does not work. I went through the forum which suggested I uninstall the drivers and reinstall them. I am unable to uninstall "MF Toolbox 4.9.1.1.mf17" either from windows control panel or the C:\Program Files (x86)\Canon\MF Toolbox Ver4.9\uninst.exe.
The uninstall starts but then nothing happens and the program is not uninstalled.
Kindly advise how I can uninstall the toolbox. thanks
