I recently purchased a MF227DW printer. The setup was easy and I was up and running it attached to my network in minutes.
The problem I'm having is constant Paper Jam error messages when there is no paper visible. The printer may print once without issue then the very next print job show paper jam error. I reset the printer to default a couple times to see if that would help to no avail. I also upgraded the firmware to the latest(thinking the problem could have been a firmware bug), but that also had no effect.
Is there a place I may be overlooking for a paper jam? Can this be a sensor issue or a problem with the firmware? Right now, if this continues I will have to return the printer and I'm hoping that's not the case.
