Running windows 10 on computer. I have beena ble to scan until the past couple of weeks. MT toolbox states cannot communicate with scanner. Two identical printers the same problem. error when trying to scan from printer - an eror has occured. I have uninstalled nad reinstalled tool box witht he printer off and rebooted before turning printer on. same problem. I have stack of items that need to be scanned - please assist with haste.
