I'm trying to correct the obvious color reproduction problem that began a few years ago, and I haven't had time to work on it until now. I bought the printer in 2015, and it has been an excellent workhorse, but I used it mostly for scanning and copying, and I didn't print many color documents. Now I would like to utilize its color printing capability, but can't get anything near accurate color reproduction. I've tried normal printhead cleaning, but it doesn't help. Anyone know what's causing the heavy cyan coloring?
