Hi, I have a Canon Maxify MB5155. Very recently it has started to miss out chunks of text when I try to print. I've tried to print emails and Word documents but the same thing happens. Some of the text, usually at the top or bottom, gets printed but there are big gaps! There are no smears or other marks.
The ink tanks are full and no error messages come up. I'm still running Windows 10 but soon to move to Windows 11.
Any ideas, please?
