I changed the ink cartridges in my MB5020 and they all show as being full.  However, the machine as as though it is printing, but there is no ink.

Thanks for posting!

While our Forum Community members are welcome to chime in, the Canon MAXIFY MB5020 has been retired. That means we do not offer support for the printer or updated drivers. We recommend updating to a more modern printer and reaching out to our Canon Upgrade Program specialist who will go over the best options for upgrading your printer. They can be reached at 866-443-8002.

What a shame!  Not such a good buy after all.  As is, it's expensive to maintain the printer because it requires all cartridges to enable printing--wouldn't just print black.  To have to purchase a new printer, after just purchasing expensive cartridges.
