MAXIFY GX2020 printing blue too dark

The blue values are all printing way darker than they actually are. I have not been able to print a pure bright cyan color at all. I feel like I have tried everything:

• cleaning print heads
• calibrating monitor colors
• enabling ICC color profiles
• manually adjusting colors in preferences
• printing from multiple different softwares

Did you find a solution? I'm having the exact same issue, all colors print fine only cyan prints as dark blue and I've also tried different ICC, ICM and still I get a dark blue
