LBP6020 does not add documents in prining queue

Hi! I have Windows 7 and I had a problem with my LBP6020. After a year of use, it stopped printing, but the documents where on the printing queue. After many reinstallation of the drivers, not only it did not print but also did not add documents in the queue. So. I have tried things like stopping the printer spooler and still nothing. It also says that the port is not supported but the second printer that is connected in the same port  has no problem with it.
