I have a imageclass d530. Out of the blue the pages comes out all black. There is about a 2 inch on the left hand side with the document, but the rest of it is all black. I have cleaned the machine as according to the manual. I have replaced the toner. I dont know how to fix this and have looked online. Nothing. What do I do? Is there a service manual anywher and where do you buy parts? I use this for my classroom and really need to get it fixed. Thanks for your help.
