Hello everyone,
Printer: I got this printer from someone that wanted to get rid of it because they couldn't figure out how to get the color to print out correctly. When I try to do a full or partial calibration it says that there is an error and won't continue. All of the cartridges are full and I don't see anything that could be obstructing it's ability to print.
Scanner: I installed the driver for my Macbook, I see that there is a driver for the Tahoe OS, which is what my system is running and my laptop just refuses to connect to the scanner. It says that it cannot find it or the system settings are incorrect, and even when I manually enter the IP address and I know that it is correct, it still won't connect. I believe that this is part of why the system won't complete a calibration for the color since it says that it will calibrate through the scanner but stops once it gets to where it needs to run the test on the scanner.
Can anyone please help me? I am not sure how else I can fix these issues.
