Hello Friends!
My wonderful printer is saying load paper in tray 1. There is paper in tray 1. I can't cancel the job from my laptop as there's nothing there, I can't cancel it from the printer itself as it shows me the error but there's not a cancel button. I've turned off/on the printer and it won't clear the error as well as turned it off and unplugged it from the back and it won't clear. There is no paper jam. Canon support is closed now and i just want to print. Send help, please 🙂
