so I'm not exactly thrilled with Canon at this point since I bought my pixama inkjet mega tank printer G3272 about a year and a half ago and I've already had it replaced under my warranty once and about ,6 months after receiving the replacement which was the same amount of time I had the original one replaced, it just quit turning on. I get nothing no power at all one day. I made no change, no movement of the printer there was no reason for it to just die AGAIN and since they won't do anything this time I'm stuck trying to fix it myself so that's my first question to anyone who can possibly help.. are there any thoughts on how to fix the sudden loss of power? I've done all the"suppose to" things all the normal and obvious things to find and fix the issue myself. nothing works so I've been told it could be the power inverter, anybody have any thoughts themselves or had the same problem? I'd love to use my printer again. the second question is about the maintenance box, I have removed it an noticed the ink sponges are almost full, so is there a way to rinse or clean them without having to replace the entire box? or is that just a bad idea? it's absolutely ridiculous that I've had the same power problem out of 2 printers in the same amount of time which is why I'm hoping for about and ideas instead of having to either find a repair shop or buying a new one. kinda messed up of Canon but what can I do please lemme know anything I sure will appreciate it

I apologize I'm sure thought I did but no worries it was a pixma inkjet mega tank and g series 3272 I bought it had it 6 months and it just didn't come on one day just nothing go to turn it on no power to it so they sent me a replacement and same thing about 6 months later this one also just did not turn on one day you know you do everything that they tell you you changed the outlet plug up different things to make sure it's working all kinds of stuff and none of it made any difference so I started looking online to see what else it could be and the maintenance box seems to be the main culprit so my issue with that was is are you able to take out the sponges that collect the ink and just clean or rinse them out or is it absolutely necessary to buy another one and it's not the price that matters to me it's the issue that I've had to replace the first one and then the second one does the exact same thing and of course they're not going to help me with this one this one is not covered under the warranty apparently which is just so wrong but it's whatever and not that it matters to Cannon but you know I don't have a ride myself and it's hard for me to get around so taking it to a service shop or repair shop would be difficult for me so I'm just curious if it's possible to rinse those sponges out in the maintenance box . and the issue with the power it's not anything that I've done specially since this is the second printer of the same model that's done the same thing so obviously it's cannons issue they're doing something wrong and honestly I won't never buy another Canon product again and I will tell people not to buy their products because 6 months for one printer 6 months for the other there's no reason I should have to have it serviced for it not powering on and doesn't even come on that's that's the crazy thing so I'm just not happy with Canon at all but yeah any suggestions as far as the power issue or the sponges and the maintenance box I just would appreciate it thanks bunches
