No, that did not help. Takes me to the same page with no number showing. After I enter the product I am referring to, nothing happens when I click on the box next to it.
Pixma MX860. I did finally find the phone number at the end of a customer satisfaction survey they sent me. Calling in to tech support today about reinstalling the printer driver in my wife's OSX 10.10.x software, I was able to do it. Thanks to all.
