What canon products do higher education facilities purchase the most?

Im doing a research product for my sales class, and was wondering if anyone could help me learn more about Canon products and some of its offerings. I'd like to know what products are generally purchased by education facilities, and what packages are available through the Government Marketing and Sales Division.
