Does anyone know how I can get replacement eyecups? The left folding eyecup on my 12x32 binoculars is ripped. I haven't found them on any website.

After going through a couple 800 numbers I got the number of the parts department (somewhere in Virginia). I was able to order an eyecup! Here's the info.
Canon parts dept: 866-481-2569 [then menu item 3, "cameras"]. Part numbers: Right YB7-3103-000; Left YB7-3884-000. Price is $17.54, came to a total of $26.07 with tax and shipping. That rubber part may be more expensive by weight than gold.
