can i ask if this issue already solve? regarding error code4102 .
still i cant print photo using A4 size it keeps the error occurs says: incorrect media type and paper size. i did everything i can do and steps to make in other site but still the same error i got. i also called cannon printer support and they told me if i agree some technician will come and fix it but you have to pay them . i was thinking is there no other way to fix this ? please someone can help here. thank you
