I've been trying to register a new lens (RF 100mm F2.8 L Macro IS USM) since last week. I log in, go to support, enter my lens and choose it, click "register your product", and it brings me to a "sign in to register your product" page. I click sign in button in the MyCanon box, and I get:

}
At the top of the page where it says "Hi Lori" I get the bad request if I enter any of the menu choices like Account Settings or My Account. I've signed out and back in. I've changed my password. I've tried approaching from different ways with no luck.

Please ensure you are logging in to your MyCanon account at the following URL.
https://myprofile.americas.canon.com/us
If you continue to have issues please try logging in from a different device.

I figured it out. My VPN was blocking me.
