The power went out in my home a few days ago and when it came back, my TS6420 printer wouldn't respond to any button presses or commands. It worked just fine before that. Since then, the light on the QR button stays on and won't go off. When I push the power button, it just shows "Canon" on the display and won't show anything else no matter what I press. No error codes or any other activity-just the QR light and "Canon" on the display. I've tried unplugging and plugging back in, but no change. Does anyone know what this means or how to deal with it?
